Getting Unstuck Dynamic Duo! |

 There once was a little boy who wandered out
into the cold winter afternoon and disappeared. When his mom
and brothers and sisters realized that Stanley was missing,
they were frantic. The search was on. The neighbors all
pitched in to help. Finally one man heard a little boy
whimpering and rushed to find him. There was Stanley standing
in the middle of a creek, wearing his brand new cowboy outfit
- cowboy hat, guns on his belt and his cowboy boots buried
deep in the mud. By the time mom got to the location of the
noise, the neighbor man was trying to lift Stanley up out of
the mud but he was stuck. Turns out he had his feet and toes
curled downward so that he wouldn't have to leave his boots
behind. His rescuer was trying to pull him and the boots out
of the mud, a nearly impossible trick. Finally Stanley's mom
was able to coax him to leave his boots behind so he could be
pulled out of the creek.
The moral
of the story is that sometimes you have to just leave your
boots behind!
